Altair Design Warranty Policy

At Altair Design, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality in our products, ensuring the perfect fusion of style, functionality, and durability. We prioritize our customers' satisfaction and trust in our products, which is why we offer exclusive Manufacturer Warranties. Please see below:

● One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty-Entire Catalog Range (excluding countertops)
● Five-Year/Two-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty- Shower Doors (see limitations below)
● Five-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty- Faucets

The Limited Warranty covers all defects in materials and craftsmanship from the date of purchase from an authorized Altair Design dealer or directly from Altair. This warranty is explicitly designed for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Altair Design reserves the right to determine if the returned merchandise is defective, and our judgment in such matters shall be final. Items damaged during transit are not covered under warranty and must be reported to the authorized dealer and Altair within 48 hours.

Under proper installation and normal use conditions, our products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship (excluding all countertops). This warranty does not cover any merchandise that has been modified (including removing original hardware), or used in any non-residential properties. Additionally, our warranty does not cover any damage to the products resulting from external factors such as improper installation or operation, product abuse or misuse, use of abrasive or hazardous chemicals, cleaners containing solvents, alcohol or other harmful substances, acts of nature, physical damage, environmental conditions, shipping defects, or any other events beyond Altair Design's reasonable control. Merchandise marked, advertised, or sold as "clearance" or "closeout" items are also excluded from this warranty.

To file a warranty claim, please provide a copy of the dated sales receipt (proof of purchase) from the authorized Altair Design dealer from whom you made the purchase. You must provide proof of purchase, a dated store receipt, or an invoice reflecting the product sale date to the end user to Altair Design Customer Service. This warranty is limited to rectifying any defects, replacing the product, or providing credit, as determined by Altair Design, and not exceeding the original purchase price. The warranty does not cover any installation or labor charges unless required by law. The warranty is contingent upon the following conditions:

(a) Altair Design receives written notification and approves the product return, (b) Claim is filed within 30 days of purchase, (c) upon return and inspection, the product is deemed defective as described above.

ALTAIR DESIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Shower Doors/ Enclosures

Limitations:
Altair Shower Door & Enclosures are warranted of any defects in glass and frame for Five(5)-Year (Limited 5 Year Warranty) and any defects in hardware accessories for Two(2)-Year (Limited 2 Year Warranty) for the original purchaser from date of purchase, subject to the limitations in this document.
